“Fast-boot” UNIVERSAL ATV/UTV constant velocity boot The Fast-Boot is a premium quality ATV/UTV CV Boot with a patented solid design that will provide enhanced wear and flex fatigue characteristics. The basic design is derived from a very successful automobile/truck/SUV CV boot of which over 10 million boots have been sold and installed over the past 15 years. This boot features a continuously convoluted design without right angles to more evenly distribute wear and minimize flex fatigue. The Fast-Boot is molded in the USA with premium neoprene rubber. Premium material insures a tough boot that will provide a long service life. This boot will run over 200 hours at a 23 1/2º angle and at 1,500 rpm with minimal flex fatigue and abrasion wear. Running at this angle approximates a vehicle going in a tight circle which is where CV boot wear is at a maximum. One Fast-Boot part number provides almost total coverage for all current ATV/UTV boot applications. This includes both inner and outer joints and both front and rear axles for Honda, Polaris, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Bombardier, Suzuki, Arctic Cat from 1985. This is the only ATV/UTV boot available that can make this claim. The Fast-Boot utilizes many helpful design features to aid the installer during installation. The boot has wide well defined clamping surfaces so the installer knows exactly where to position the CV clamp. There are ridges located parallel to the clamping surfaces to keep the clamp in place during installation. Inside the boot you will find internal ridges and gripping surfaces to anchor the boot onto the CV joint. These internal design features, bolstered by the holding power of “free-end” style clamps, keep the boot locked in place. Fast-Boot Kit Components:

Quick-shot ATV CV boot installation kit

The Quick-Shot is a pneumatic ATV CV boot installation tool designed for the quick installations of Fast-Boot CV boots. The Quick-Shot / Fast-Boot combination provides the fastest, cleanest and most effortless method possible to replace a CV boot on any major brand ATV manufactured from 1985 to current. See instructions on back side. Quick-Shot Features: Quick Operation ... simply position boot on tool, apply air, position tool over CV joint, release air, slide boot in place ... nothing is faster or easier. Minimal Effort ... the tool utilizes air pressure to expand the CV boot for “over-the-joint” installations ... no physical effort is required to push a boot over an installation cone. Cleaner Installations ... no aerosol lubricant is needed to install a Fast Boot with a Quick-Shot Installation Kit. Complete Kit ... each Quick-Shot Installation Kit includes a Quick-Shot, premium banding tool, knife and instructions ... all securely packaged in a sturdy storage case. The Quick-Shot is also available separately under p/n 13 9714. The Quick-shot works exclusively with Fast-Boot ATV CV Boots! Other ATV CV Boots will not endure the type of stretch needed to install boots “over-the-joint”.
