At Kolpin Outdoors, we stand behind every product we make and take care of every one of our customers. It’s a promise Howard Kolpin first made in 1943, and one we continue to uphold to this day. If your Kolpin product fails or doesn’t live up to your expectations, please reach out to our technical service team; they’ll be happy to answer your questions or assist you with necessary repairs or replacements. Our Warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, usage, accidents or natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time defined at Kolpin’s discretion. • Kolpin products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 Year from the date of purchase. • Kolpin winches are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 5 Years on mechanical components and 3 Years for electrical components from the date of purchase. • Kolpin UTV Conqueror Front-Connect, High-Rise & Storm Chaser Push Tubes & Mounts are warranted against defects in materials & workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase • Kolpin SwitchBlade Plow Systems and Plow Accessories are warranted against defects in materials & workmanship for 1 years from the date of purchase.
