The mounting brackets are tough aluminum, while the guard itself is made of two different types of plastic—a stiff spine for durability, and a softer colored body for flexibility. The Star Series protects your hands from flying debris, rocks, bushes, branches, mud, and cold. Plus it keeps your hands warmer by blocking the wind in cold weather. In the summer, simply snap out the removable vent cover to let air flow through. In the winter, try one of our extra protection accessories ~ Race Flare or Gauntlet. Note: Mount kits sold separately.

Designed to work with our Star Series and TrailStar Handguards, these gauntlets keep out the cold, wind, rain and mud and are great for snowmobiles, ATVs and motorcycles. The unique “stay-open” design makes it easy to grab your bars and see your controls. The gauntlet extends your riding season and allows you to ride with thinner gloves, giving you a better feel. Star Series LED Light Kit

Increase your visibility and be seen with the new Star Series LED lights. Simply snap out your vent covers and snap in the LED light kit. They can be controlled by your key or use the included on/off switch. These bright LED lights (200 lumens each) provide additional visibility and safety - allowing you to see more and be seen easier. The LED lights offer improved visibility while only consuming 4 watts each. These are a great addition to any ATV, motorcycle or snowmobile. NOTE: Star Series Handguards and mount kit sold separately. Will not work on TrailStar handguards.

Our universal mounting kits install in minutes and get you on the trail or track fast. Mounting kits 006-9554 and 006-9555 are made of aluminum brackets, hardened steel straps and stainless steel hardware for longer life. They mount near the grip so they will work on standard 7/8” and oversize (1 1/8”) bars. 006-9556 works only on 7/8” bars. Works great on most utility ATV’s or any other 7/8” bars with at least a 2” rise.
